About Rabais Routiers
Savings negotiated by people who know the road.
Rabais Routiers was born from a simple reality: self-employed workers, owner-operators and small and medium-sized transportation companies don't always have the same purchasing power as larger companies.
Our goal is simple: bring members together to negotiate discounts, competitive pricing and preferred terms with suppliers in the transportation industry.
An idea born on the road
Our story
In 2015, Jean-François Ouellet creates a private group for owner-operators to promote mutual aid and information sharing.
A common observation quickly arises in discussions: why do some carriers pay much less for their fuel than others?
Suppliers are open to offering better prices, but on one condition: to group enough buyers.
Jean-François Ouellet and Linda Gazaille then decide to create Rabais Routiers to give self-employed workers, owner-operators, and SMEs a negotiating power normally reserved for larger companies.
More numerous. Stronger. More advantageous.
Our mission
Rabais Routiers negotiates with its partners so that its members can benefit from favorable conditions on products and services useful to their activities.
